By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

YuE2 provides AI-powered music generation, lyrics, transcription, and related audio tools. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service or help anyone else to do so.

You must not use YuE2 to create, upload, submit, prompt, or share not safe for work (NSFW) content. This includes sexually explicit material, pornography, graphic sexual acts, and any sexualized depictions of minors. We may remove such content, refuse processing, suspend or terminate your account, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Our service allows you to upload, submit, store, and share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

All plans, including Free, allow unlimited downloads of available completed output. Download access does not change the usage license: Free output is for personal use, while Starter, Basic, and Plus include commercial use.

For music generated using a Starter, Basic, or Plus plan, as between you and YuE2, you may use, reproduce, edit, remix, distribute, publish, perform, monetize, sell, sublicense, and include the output in client work, advertising, film, television, games, podcasts, livestreams, and social media. YuE2 imposes no royalties, revenue share, usage cap, or requirement to maintain an active subscription for that commercial use, and we do not claim ownership of your generated output.

These rights apply only to rights YuE2 controls. You remain responsible for content you submit, including lyrics, prompts, recordings, samples, trademarks, and likenesses, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for copyright registration in every jurisdiction.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall YuE2, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YuE2 regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
